Have you ever wondered why you had to fill out so much extensive paper work when applying for a job? Have you ever been curious as to why your credit score was so important? Have you ever tried signing up for power, water, a cell phone plan, cable TV or internet and you had to give out your Social Security Number? Well… Here is the Answer to all of the above mentioned questions…but first, a little history….

The Great Society of Rome… The Forefather to the Romance languages, The Creator of the concept of “Republic,” (and later Despotism) the primary Pinnacle of Western Society itself. If anyone knew how to make a law, code, decree, mandate, or precedence, it was Rome… Here are a few Phrases most of you (if not all) will find very interesting

1) Capitis Diminutio Minima

2) Capitis Diminutio Media

and the most interesting…

3) Capitis Diminutio Maxima

These Phrases are in Latin and in were enforced in Roman Law. They referred to one’s Status within the Society itself. I’ll briefly explain each one and their meaning one at a time.

1) Capitis Diminutio Minima

The Romans were Fanatical about names, family names, social status, documentation and record keeping. They would go as far as to have different grammatical tools within words to act as a type of flag system… This might sound a little odd; however it’s a fairly basic concept. Capitis Diminutia Minima was used in Roman Court records to acknowledge separation of an Individual from a Family…(Marriage, Exile, inheritance, and so on) The individuals name on all the records involving that case would be spelled as follows

John Doe

The first letter of the First name, and the First letter of the last name would be Capitalized. (Capitis Diminutio Minima) Capitis…like “Capital” as in “Capital Punishment” meaning quite literally Minimal loss of Rights. (Rights to inherit property, clout, or anything else one might get from being in a family)

2) Capitis Diminutio Media

This is pretty much the same context as above, however it was typically used when someone lost their Rights of Citizenship… Now to better understand Rome’s political and social structure, you have to have basic knowledge of the Roman Caste system (caste system meaning a group of similar beliefs and status) which today we call the “class” system…not too different huh? well… In Rome, only Citizens could vote and typically they belonged to the Patrician Caste (Upper Class Elite) and the Plebeian Caste (Middle Class, Skilled Laborers and Merchants) When anyone lost their Rights to Citizenship (Big Social Taboo in Rome at the time) Their name would be written in the records as follows

John DOE

The First letter of the first name is Capitalized, and all letters in the last name are Capitalized… Thus making your name easily recognizable as a non-Citizen… you just loose the rights of being a Roman Citizen… you are able to be fined, imprisoned or penalized and, other rights/benefits would be taken away like voting, owning private land, amongst various things… (Capitis Diminutio Media) Literally means Medium loss of Rights.

3) Capitis Diminutio Maxima

The last, but certainly not the least, (Capitis Diminutio Maxima.) Was used in Roman record keeping when all of someone’s rights were taken away…(also called Slavery or bondage) this encompassed all three terms… You lose all Family ties, all Citizen ties, and all rights for any freedom. You were able to be imprisoned, fined, stripped of any titles and enslaved…for any amount, any duration by the simple decree of the State. The name would be written as followed

JOHN DOE

All letters in the name would be capitalized… From that point on, whenever a written document or record had your name on it in full caps… it meant that you had ZERO rights, and would allow everyone reading the documents to immediately know your standing and condition in society.

Now… You may be asking yourself “Why did you just make me read about a bunch of old Latin Law Phrases?” Well…here is where it starts to get REALLY interesting…Remember how I said The Roman’s used a Caste system…and we “borrowed” the idea from them, and just changed the name to Class system? Well…let me assure you, that’s not the only thing we borrowed…

Do me a favor and get your Wallet or purse or whatever you use to store “Personal Information” and pull out any Credit Cards, Debit cards, Drivers Licenses, Social Security Cards, Bills or Tickets in your name, Birth Certificates or pretty much anything that’s a Legal document· Now… Having read everything that I just wrote…Look at your name on EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT you are currently looking at.

Let’s let that sink in for a moment… Do you feel like you just woke up from a really deep sleep…the kind of sleep where when someone wakes you up from it, you jump about 3 feet into the air?

Well… To set the record straight… Thanks due in part to the Emancipation Proclamation, and the 13th Amendment… You’re not a physical slave. However… Slavery might not be a bad description of the reality of the situation. Since there is no way to physically bind you to chains, or force you to work on a farm… you are given the choice to bind yourself to a Job, with Debt as your chains… I’m not going to go too deep into how Debt is used to control our Society, Economy and lives… (best saved for a later…and much longer rant) However I will tell you why your name on all of your personal finance and governmental records are all capitalized.

The next time you get a chance to look at your works mail…check out how the name is written… It’s also in all caps… Now why is that? Well… In modern Western society, all capital letters refers to and is representative of, Incorporation. Check out your works Business License… (All caps again, who’d of thought?) What this basically means is that… you are not you… Well… you are, somewhat…if that makes any sense.

There are two different versions of you… The first being the Natural Born Citizen, and the other being…The (only exists on paper version.) This “Fictional” version of you has no rights as a natural citizen… (Being as it is fake) and is a Representation of the Imaginary Incorporation you have… This Imaginary incorporation even has its own “Business License” called a Social Security Number… This is why you have a “credit score” it determines how well you’re “fake you” pays off any debts public or private… (hence why businesses look at social security numbers to check credit history, to determine wither or not you’re a good business investment, or if they will lose money due to you not paying them) If you are given a summons or subpoena from a Court… you will see it in all Capital letters again… They don’t want the Natural Citizen version of you (the one with constitutional rights) to physically appear… they just want someone whom is representing the “fake incorporation” (your name in all caps) to appear… “this is why a lawyer can defend you in a court legally” However…if you are asked “JOHN DOE…is this your name?” by a Judge, and you say “yes” then you are waiving all your natural rights as the Natural Born you personally, and are now representing the “fictional incorporation version” of you…Which has no Natural Rights whatsoever…just like in the Roman Law (Capitis Diminutio Maxima)

What I find to be the most interesting part of this whole system… Is that they use your “parent given birth name” as the name of this fake incorporation, just in all capitals… Is that there simply to trick the 87% of people that listen solely to Corporate Media for their information and outside link to the world? I’m not entirely certain… However, it’s enough to really make you look harder at the world you find yourself in right now isn’t it? You’ve been carrying around your “slave name” this entire time and never thought twice about it. However…this is (to be totally cliché) just the tip of the iceberg… The reason your job wants’ all of your (Capitis Diminutio Maxima) information, is to make sure your paying Income Tax on all the money you make… illegally! (due to there not being a single law stating you must pay income tax! go ahead find one law stating you must pay federal income tax…just one…I dare you!) But  I’ll continue on Debt and how it is the most advanced form of slavery mankind has come up with thus far in a later blog entry…For now however, I’m going to go to sleep.
