I agree with some of these but, when I first read it I thought “who the f*ck wrote this bullsh*t” “Wow, what a list”.. I mean but why 10? And if it was gonna be 10, where is Jay Electronica? Where is Curren$y? Where is J. Cole? Where is Drake? (Thats a joke for those who dont know) Where is Wale? Are we talking underrated or under radar? There is a big difference..
