A local initiative needs your help (the politicians need your vote): Clothing Donation DropBoxes to be at select Philadelphia polling locations
PHILADELPHIA, October 18, 2012 – With the presidential election coming up, some community organizers and local business owners have teamed up to extend an opportunity for civic responsibility to those who have already committed themselves to making a change nationally, voters.
Sporty Marketing, LLC, GameOver, LLC and Mic Check 1-Two! is organizing the 2nd Annual Inter-Communal Give Back Feast and Concert. This event is three-part: a clothing drive, a feast, and a concert, all FREE. Last year we fed and clothed almost 400 people at Haddington Recreation Center in West Philadelphia, this year we hope to reach between 500 and 700.
Voters and community members please bring gently used clothing of all types and sizes to the following polling locations and local businesses on November 6, 2012. Donation Drop Boxes will be on-site for clothing receipt.

Greenfield Elementary School– 22nd and Chestnut
John C. Anderson Cultural Center – 5301 Overbrook ave.
Providence of Grace Church– 1950 w. Rockland st.
Paschalville Library – 7212 Woodland ave.
Perfect Smile Dental – 5737 n. Broad st.
Perfect Smile Dental– 76 S 52nd St.
The Inter-Communal Give Back and Feast will be held at a new location this year, more details coming soon.
