This was supposed to go up a long time ago and by a scheduling conflict, I accidentally posted it 20 years ago. So, after some minor technical difficulties, I can finally put up my man Chill Moody’s latest project “West Chilly”. With hard hitting production from Wes ManChild & Artiphacts, in 15 tracks Chill delivers another example that the term “Philly artist” doesn’t have to be derogatory & the term mixtape doesn’t mean its not an album.
