It’s a known fact that police departments are made up of not the dumbest guy from your high school (not counting actual retarded kids), but the second dumbest guy from your high school. Some of them even give IQ tests to prospective cops and won’t hire you if you score too highly, because it’s bad for racial profiling. #actuallytrue But I have to give it up to them. This is hella crafty.

Local law enforcement agencies all over the US have been utilizing signs like this warning of narcotic check points a few miles ahead and then setting up an actual check point at the first exit following the sign because people immediately exit to ditch stashes of any types of narcotics that may be on their person.
