I was having a @soulcinnamon kind of day. The woman on the right is “Roberta”. Roberta said, “You can take my picture for a quarter”. I happily agreed. Roberta then proceeded to tell me to mail the photo to her house and tried to give me her address. The moral of the story is not all Philly panhandlers are homeless.
Some extra commentary which I didn’t post was she told me to “watch out for the dead rat” on the sidewalk. I told her, “if it was dead it couldn’t hurt me” lol. She in turn said that she “Didn’t want me to mess up my nice shoes”.
