Above is Prodigy on NBC Nightly News (for those who care) but whats below is a more important issue which currently needs to be addressed. I’ve been seeing this alot lately but usually I give artists the benefit of the doubt. I really try my best to give people a chance, but this dudes flow and his voice are so similar to Drake that he’s either from Canada, he actually is Drake playing a late April Fool’s joke, or…this is what Tyler, The Creator was talking about on the intro to Bastard. Now, while their are many artists who preceeded Drake with the style that he popularized who didnt come out until Drake was already famous (*sneeze* Childish Gambino *sneeze*). Regardless of timeframe, its really hard to listen to these guys and be able to tell the difference when they come out THIS late in the game with a formula thats already…the game! I’m just saying, judge for yourself.
