UK artist Sway went over Pacewon’s “I Declare War” on his new mixtape The Delivery which is out now and includes features from Akon, Styles P, Mr Hudson, Kardinal Offishall and more. He also recently signed to Akon’s Konvict Music record label. The first time I heard of this guy was when he went over Ja Rule’s “New York” beat a few years ago.
